Thinking commercially - is there any money in writing?
Wednesday 11th - Friday 13th November 2009
Is there any money to be made of writing, outside of the thousands paid occasionally to the big fiction authors? Come along and find out! How do you break into writing for magazines and newspapers, whether those are Christian or non-Christian? How do you come up with a proposal and how do you pitch it to a publisher? You will have the chance to talk about your book ideas to a Commissioning editor and the Publishing Director of Authentic, one of the UK's leading Christian publishers.
